DSGVO (Data Protection Regulation)
The DSGVO has been in force since 25.05.2018. According to this regulation, the personal data of natural persons, i.e. sole traders authorised representatives, liable persons and construction workers, are under special protection. Your data will not be stored longer than necessary.
The data will be processed exclusively for the purposes provided for in the material laws. The protection of your personal data stored with us is a matter of concern to us:
To this end, we have implemented a comprehensive package of measures, namely in the areas of organisation, data security and personnel.
- Legal matters are the responsibility of the Data Protection Officer, Dr. Lydia Fuchs (1050 Vienna, Kliebergasse 1A),
- IT Security Officer is Mr. Alexander Steininger, MSc (1050 Vienna, Kliebergasse 1A),
- Operational data: The basis for the stored master data of a company is the data queried in the company master sheet as well as the company register, the company register and the trade register – in the case of reporting violations also survey results. We carry out queries at the Central Register of Residents and at the judicial edict file. Please refer to the portal applications and correspondence or official/court documents for the other data stored.
